(bachelor’s degree) and Oxford University (masters and

Dr. Shel Watts draws on the expertise she has garnered from

Prior to launching
her education company, Dr. Shel Watts served as a Morgan
Stanley banker and a McKinsey & Company
consultant. She also served for four years as a faculty
member at Harvard University, where she taught Harvard
Business
School students in classes that attracted graduate students
from across the campus, including also Harvard Law School,
Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and the Harvard
Graduate School of Education. Her students ranked her teaching
and mentoring
“Superior” (the highest rating). Dr. Watts is happy to use
